The ultimate Number Trainer. Full functionality for five levels of Addition and first level for other number trainers.

Practice at own pace, or get timed for entry to the RESULTS page, or against an opponent via Bluetooth.

Functionality includes: five levels of addition question. Level 1: adding two single digit numbers; level 2: adding two two-digit numbers; level 3: adding two three digit numbers. Select the answer from four intelligently generated answers to test the learner.

Normal user mode consists of practice at your own pace showing how well you are progressing. The Settings page gives options to change difficulty; display additions as chimney sums (one value above the other), and change User Names - two user names can be entered for convenience.

Timed mode consists of practice of an entered number of questions against the clock: once completing the series of questions the results are stored in the RESULTS page. Special tokens showing all correct or a fast time are targets to aim for.

Head to head mode allows two players to connect via two iPod/ iPhone/ iPad devices (using Bluetooth) and challenge each other to a quick fire round of ten questions. The two users may select different levels of difficulty according to their ability. DOWNLOAD a Trainer once to an iTunes account in home or in school and synchronize to any number of iOS devices! So only buy once and play head to head across the household or across the school...

After play (sorry - practice) with the Addition Trainer consider downloading the other trainers via In-App purchases. These additional trainer modules will consolidate the learners number skills.

These additional modules are:
- Subtraction Trainer Module.
- Times Tables Trainer Module.
- Division Trainer Module.
- Arithmetic Trainer Module.
- Integer Trainer Module.
- Place Value Trainer Module.

All trainers have five levels of difficulty to encourage progression.

All trainers can be used for practice at a learners own pace; against the clock (recorded); or in head-to-head mode. In head-to-head mode the two challengers can select different trainers, and different levels of difficulty to provide a competitive handicap.

At home for practice:
- encourage youngsters to improve their number skills
- see who does best against the clock
- play head-to-head and encourage competition

In the classroom:
- fill in gaps in the lesson by encouraging practice (runs on iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad)
- get youngsters to compete against the clock
- competition against the clock is recorded and useful for setting as homework
- allow pupils to compete head-to-head using Bluetooth
